“ICU and Keenan have worked with Zach to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the ICU Horror Game Kickstarter campaign and have resolved Zach’s lawsuit against them. ICU will ensure that Zach receives proper credit for his involvement as Lead Designer on the original ICU student game. Zach wishes ICU and Keenan the best of luck in developing the commercial release of the new game and is looking forward to playing it.”
